Design services are offered two ways: The most popular is a fixed-fee arrangement, which clearly spells out costs in advance and spreads them out throughout the design process. Fees are calculated at percentage (7.5 %) of the estimated construction cost of a new structure or renovation, and reflect the degree of professional involvement, responsibility, and level of detail provided by our firm. We also offer a pay-as-you-go hourly fee structure with regular account updates and monthly invoicing.
