About our plans
Every effort is made to ensure that our plan sets are complete and
comprehensive as possible. All sets will include the following:
- 1/4-inch scale floor plans
- 1/4-inch foundation plan
- 1/4-inch Floor framing plans
- 1/4-inch roof framing plan
- 1/4-inch cross sections
- Large scale construction details
- 1/4-inch exterior elevations and exterior finish details

Modifying our plans
Our goal is to ensure that your home does indeed "Fit You Beautifully". If you've found a plan you like but for some reason - you'd like it bigger, smaller, a different orientation for your lot, more bedrooms and so forth - it doesn't quite fit, let us know!
