A simple roof design creates opportunity for rainwater collection and can be varied according to site conditions. SIP construction reduces energy use while the home has good passive solar qualities. Offered as a pre-fab package to facilitate construction.
The Eagle Creek

Perfect as a guest cabin or in a country resort setting, this 450 square foot structure has vaulted ceilings, full bath, and kitchenette facilities. Ample storage will accommodate long-term guests. The layout offers privacy on the entrance side with expansive views and potential for a sundeck on the opposite side.
The Malina

This 490 square foot dwelling is oriented to the vertical with a dramatic vaulted space that soars 18 feet above floor level and a second-level loft. It would be ideal as either an out-of-the-ordinary cabin for two or an artist's studio. And, by developing the basement or adding future wings, it could form the nucleus of a larger home.
The Sasheen

In only 420 square feet, this little guest or retreat cabin provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable overnight visit or extended stay. It uses cantilever construction to expand beyond its compact 14' x 20' foundation.
The Smallwood

Modelled after a traditional storey-and-a-half farmhouse design, this home will easily accommodate shed or gable-roofed additions. The 16' x 19' living space, with lots of windows and a dramatic vaulted ceiling, opens out onto a wrap-around verandah. The 400 SF upper floor can be constructed as an open loft or with two good-sized bedrooms.
This modification of the Smallwood boasts an additional Bathroom on the Upper floor, with access to a private deck that provides ample light and ventilation.

This craftsman-inspired recreational getaway, or compact permanent home, is designed to provide affordable, comfortable space that can be adapted to your needs and budget. The basic plan contains one bedroom, bath, laundry, kitchen, and vaulted living/dining spaces all in a 20' x 28', 560 square foot package. Additional spaces can easily be added now or later - another bedroom, a larger living area, and covered porches can greatly extend the living area. Ask us how.

The Langford

Modifying our plans
Our goal is to ensure that your home does indeed "Fit You Beautifully". If you've found a plan you like but for some reason - you'd like it bigger, smaller, a different orientation for your lot, more bedrooms and so forth - it doesn't quite fit, let us know!
